This is your chance to explore the city you call home. The Heritage day special allows 1 adult (and 2 children up to the age of 17) to travel on the bus with a free boat cruise!
Online tickets have to be redeemed for bus boarding Pass's at our office at the V&A (located just outside the Aquarium). Please bring your Online bar code. Tickets cannot be redeemed at any other bus stop.
Bus Tour and boat cruise have to be done on the same day
Buses depart between 9 and 3pm every 20 minutes
Boats depart between 10 and 5pm every 20 minutes
Hop Off at any of the stops along the 4 circular routes and simply show the same boarding pass to hop on the next bus
Kids love the open top buses & Boats - there is a special commentary channel (In English)

Boat: Departing from the jetty outside the Two Oceans Aquarium at the V&A Waterfront, the Waterfront Harbour Cruise puts Cape Town’s bustling harbour in the spotlight. Expect to see key attractions including icons of maritime history as well as epic views of the city’s natural landscape. Highlights include the SAS Somerset, the only remaining boom defence vessel in the world, and the southern hemisphere’s largest synchro-lift and only drawbridge, the Bascule Bridge. The cruise also includes views of Table Mountain, the Nelson Mandela Gateway, Chavonnes Battery Museum and the well-known Clock Tower.
