Refunds and Cancellations

Open Top Tours,Harbour and Canal Cruises Online vouchers are valid for 14 days and can only be refunded during this period, less a R20 admin fee per voucher, at the discretion of City Sightseeing Management.

City Passes Online voucher are valid for 3 months and can only be refunded during this period, less a R20 admin fee per ticket, at the discretion of City Sightseeing Management.

Day Tours and Sunset Champagne cruise. Online tickets are valid for the date stated on the booking and can only be refunded/cancelled if the refund request is made at least 24 hours before tour departure, less a R20 admin fee per ticket.
