The ultimate Cape Town itinerary with iVenture

Start your day bright and early to enjoy a ride on a City Sightseeing bus. Pick your trip for the day, whether it’s a day out to the winelands or to see the best of downtown Cape Town.
If you and your family love being outdoors, head to the V&A Waterfront (stop 1) to catch the red bus to the Table Mountain Cableway lower cable station (stop 7). Once you have explored the top of the mountain and admired the views, you can head to the Wi-Fi Lounge to use the free Wi-Fi, browse around the shop or take a free guided tour.
Back in the city, you may want to hop on the Mini Peninsula tour to enjoy the scenery on the mountain’s southern slopes, Hout Bay and the Atlantic coastal sights. In the mood for a lazy day at the beach? Spend time sipping cocktails and tucking into tasty seafood delights on the Camps Bay strip (stop 8).
Start the morning at the V&A Waterfront and spend the day exploring the multitude of attractions in the area. Check out the Springbok Museum, gaze at local marine life at the Two Oceans Aquarium and get some awesome shots from the Cape Wheel.

Days 3 and 4
A picnic on the cards? Hop on the City Sightseeing Mini Peninsula Tour and hop off at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden (stop 20) for a day in spectacular natural surroundings. Pack a basket filled with tasty treats and enjoy your time at the one of the world’s great gardens.
If you have another full day and want to escape the city for a bit, hop on the new The Cape Explorer: Cape Point Tour bus, running four times a week The trip takes you to the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point, via Boulders Beach.
Are you a local or tourist who loves the energy of a cosmopolitan city? Book your ticket on the Downtown City tour and absorb some of Cape Town’s history on a morning out. The city centre is home to the “museum mile”, including the South African National Gallery, the Slave Lodge, the South African Jewish Museum (stop 16), the South African Museum and more. Get a feel for the city and Capetonian day-to-day life, from the slick Cape Town International Convention Centre (stop 3) to the bustling Foreshore (stop 4).
Have you got more time to spare in the Mother City? Book your spot on the City Sightseeing Wine Tour (stops 25 to 27) and spend a day in the leafy Constantia winelands. To join the tour, first hop on the Mini Peninsula Tour starting from either stop 1 or stop 5, and get off at Constantia Nek (stop 21) to catch the designated bus.
