Kayak on the Atlantic Seaboard

Explore the Table Bay coastline on the sea with Coastal Kayak. This shop is conveniently located at Three Anchor Bay where all their kayaks are stored on the beach. Journey south towards Clifton Beach from Three Anchor Bay on a 3 - 5km kayak trip and enjoy an exhilarating experience like no other. Trips are approximately 2 hours long. The Beachfront Promenade

While the beaches are not ideal for swimming they provide nice spots for relaxing on the white sand in the sun and discovering rock pools. The Promenade runs the length of Sea Point’s beachfront, from Bantry Bay to Mouille Point and is the ideal place to walk, jog and watch the sunset. A maze, Putt-Putt course (mini golf) and kiddies train ride are located near the historic lighthouse on the Mouille Point side.

The Mouille Point Lighthouse

The Mouille Point Lighthouse is large, square, friendly and candy striped in broad nautical red and white stripes. It once warned ships of the Cape rocky coastline but today it is a national monument. Guided tours can be arranged.
