1) Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded by City Sightseeing. Any conditions which apply to the tickets to which a holder of this voucher is entitled, will be binding on the holder of the voucher, and any user of the ticket.

2) Online tickets are booked on the understanding that the ticket confirmation is a non-refundable pre-paid voucher which may be redeemed at the City Sightseeing Kiosk in the V&A Waterfront for a valid ticket to travel.

3) The ticket to travel is valid for use on City Sightseeing Cape Town's Tours.

4) This voucher is a non-refundable voucher and is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and your 2-Day Valid Ticket is valid for two consecutive days and your 1-Day Valid Ticket is valid tor one calendar day only, from the first time used.

5) Pre-paid vouchers or tickets to travel obtained from an unauthorised source, stolen, copied illegally or counterfeit will be seized and cancelled without compensation.

6) The ticket to travel remains the property of the company and must be made available for inspection by the driver, guide or any official of the company on demand.

7) City Sightseeing will make every effort to maintain a regular and frequent service, but does not guarantee to do so. City Sightseeing will not be in any way liable to the ticket holder for loss, damage, inconvenience or delay in consequence of any failure, alteration, suspension, cancellation or termination of service, if this is allowed by law.

8) City Sightseeing, its employees, and/or its agents will also not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any description which a voucher holder and/or passenger or any member of his family or employee may suffer directly or indirectly, if is allowed by law.

9) The purchase of a pre-paid ticket does not guarantee a seat. Seats remain subject to availability.

10) Kids: There is a special rate for kids under 15, and kids aged under 5 can access our service for FREE (2 children per 1 full-paying adult allowed).
