| SPOTTED AT THE AQUARIUM |
The Giant Spider Crab lives in the Atlantic Ocean at depth of about 400m (about 235 times deeper than the average human height!) The temperatures at this level are between 11ºC and 14ºC. The spider crabs are the largest crustaceans in the world. The males grow to about 1m in length, with their legs stretching to about 4m. Did you know that crabs have to shed their hard exo-skeleton to grow.

SPOTTED ON TABLE MOUNTAIN
If you look carefully in the mornings and evenings, you will see numerous lizards on Table Mountain, including the Cape Girdled Lizard. They tend to lie on rocky vantage points spying on small insects to eat! This lizard is easily identifiable by its spiny tail and flat triangular head, when it is not camouflaging in the fynbos.

| WHAT I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE RED BUS |
Look out for our brand-new buses that we have launched on our Blue Mini Peninsula Tour. These state-of-the-art buses have a Euro-4.5 diesel engine, the most eco-friendly engine in town. They need special low sulphur diesel’ with ‘add blue’ that gets injected into the exhaust engine to stop harmful fumes being released into the environment.
Your view from the top front window that now stretches down to the floor is incredible. There is even a window next to the steps leading to the top deck! Quick – hop on board to check it out!
