| MEET THE CREW! |
Hi, I’m BLATJAN, City Sightseeing’s very own baboon.
The rest of the crew keep calling me “Bossy”, even “snooty” at times, but I think this is because I am just so much more clever than all of them put together! I love laughing and will always try and find something funny in every situation. My greatest weakness is my sweet tooth! |

WHAT ANIMAL WAS SPOTTED ON TABLE MOUNTAIN THIS MONTH
|
|
Have you ever managed to spot this small and rather shy antelope?
The males have smooth, upright horns;
They can go without drinking water for long periods. Most of their water requirements is gained from the food they eat;
They normally live alone
If danger lurks, they fluff out their fur at the rear end to make themselves look bigger |
| WHAT I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE RED BUS |
|
City Sightseeing helps the environment to thrive by recycling!
In 2008 we were presented with the ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERN AWARD in recognition of our contribution towards improving the environment.
We have reduced waste generated by our operations and increased recycling to cut the amount of waste sent to a landfill site! |
| FACTS ABOUT CAPE TOWN |

Did you know that the ship wreck that you can spot along the Mouille Point coastline from our bus is the remains of the ATHENS. In May 1865 a big storm broke over Cape Town and stranded 45 ships in Table Bay. Two of the ships were wrecked on the rocks and many lives were lost. One of these wrecks is the ATHENS.
