MEET THE CREW!
AbieHello there! My proper name is Abdul but everyone simply calls me Abie. I love fun, exploring Cape Town and sharing my adventures with my friends. Some people say that I have a naughty sense of humour; others don’t always understand my Cape Town English. What do you think?
WHAT ANIMAL WAS SPOTTED ON TABLE MOUNTAIN THIS MONTH
Black Eagle
The black eagle is a magnificent flyer, soaring effortlessly for hours.
 black eagle
It’s a very large eagle. The adult is pitch-black, with a white V on its back and with white on its rump. The bill is black and the feet are yellow.

The black eagle is monogamous, which means they will only have one mate in their life.

FACTS ABOUT CAPE TOWN
red & yellow lifesaver flag
Red and yellow striped flags flying over a beach mean that volunteer surf lifesavers are on patrol. They’re on duty at most of our beaches during the holidays and at weekends. Lifesavers are trained in water safety rescue methods. If someone is in trouble in the sea and there are no lifesavers on the beach, call the police and a doctor immediately.
