Iziko museum does not disappointShow Details

17 December 2009 | By anell
Graham Avery, specialist in archeology, took us around at the sa museum. I was a bit amazed that stuffed lions are still used to entertain and amaze visitors. It is not quite what I expected. But all the other parts where hugely interesting and Avery... and his archeologist wife, Margret, showed the growth of civilization in colour and form. I will recommend it for those interest in seeing a glimpse of our own past - 100 years. WHALES where absolutely stunning. Made us realize that size matters.
